Hope Medical
Clinic
service organization. Staffed by volunteer physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, Hope Clinic provides FREE general medical and pediatric care for the uninsured. Some medical specialty and dental care may also be available. |

Finally there is help for all those who have simply stared at those forms with emptiness few in other fields could understand. |

Hope Outreach Clinic
Church and the University of Michigan Health System to offer health care services dedicated to meeting the medical needs and respecting the cultural sensitivities of African American older adults and their families. The clinic's primary mission is to reach underserved African Americans but is open to all.

Most pharmaceutical companies offer supplies of their medications to qualified uninsured patients. Click here to access the list of available medications and their criteria for eligibility. For some of the medications the available application forms are also provided. Others require original application forms available only by direct request.

Packard
Community Clinic all ages, minor office surgery, immunizations and vaccinations, substance abuse assessment and referral services, parenting groups and infant and toddler groups, baby book club, AA meeting in the building. All major insurances and HMO plans accepted as well as
offering sliding scale fees for others.

Shelter
Association of Washtenaw County A nurse practitioner is available every day 9 to 5 and in the evenings on Thursday. On Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-9 am and 1 - 4pm a clinic staffed by volunteer physicians and nurses from the U of Michigan Health Center
is held. Call or walk in to the Delonis Shelter.

Washtenaw Health Plan
WHP (Plan A and B) covers primary care, diagnostic tests (such as X-rays and laboratory tests), pre-approved specialty care services, inpatient hospitalizations (in Washtenaw County only), Emergency Room services for "true emergencies" (in Washtenaw Country only for WHP Plan B), a limited number of prescription drugs (mostly generic drugs), and outpatient mental health visits. Services are free of charge to enrolled members except for co-payments for prescription drugs. Washtenaw Health Plan is a program of the Washtenaw Health Plan Corporation which is a public-private partnership with Washtenaw County Government, University of Michigan Health System, Saint Joseph Mercy Health Systems, and other local health care providers Application forms and more information are on the
