Gift of Sight Program
Offers free eye glasses from Lenscrafters. A referral

is required.

For those professionals in the mental health field, this page is the ultimate guideline for how to formulate treatment plans as required in most all insurance and managed care companies. Finally there is help for all those who have simply stared at those forms with emptiness few in other fields could understand.

Medication Assistance Programs:

Most pharmaceutical companies offer supplies of their medications to qualified uninsured patients. Click here to access the list of available medications and their criteria for eligibility. For some of the medications the available application forms are also provided. Others require original application forms available only by direct request.

Eye Care America
Free to low cost medical and surgical eye care to older

adults. The Helpline mails out referrals to doctors who

will give exams - no out of pocket fees.   A program of

the Foundation of the American Academy of

Ophthalmology.
