The Project Outreach Team (PORT) is a joint project between Washtenaw County, and the City of Ann Arbor supported with funding from varied sources including the WCHO, PATH and CSTS designed to provide mental health and other supportive services to the homeless, mentally ill population in Washtenaw County. This web site is an extension of our outreach efforts.

MISSION STATEMENT:

Our mission is to engage and serve homeless individuals “where they are” through compassionate outreach.

PORT goes the extra mile by providing direct, holistic support, helping with life's most basic needs: housing, food, clothing and medical and mental health care. We work as a team to insure continual support and treatment.

VISION:

Our vision as a team is to support the highest quality of life achievable for homeless individuals in our community.
