Bureau for Seniors
Provides housing counseling to older adults, helps with evaluating options, making selections and managing transitions to new living situations, helps seniors remain in their homes by arranging shared living, helps senior homeowners manage and pay their property taxes, coordinates community resources to identify and resolve senior tenant problems to help avoid eviction. County Home Weatherization Program Energy-saving materials such as insulation, weather-stripping and caulking are installed free of charge in qualified homes.
